The online roster has been updated.

HamVention 2007 is approaching -- and we will have a BMHA
forum
The 17th Annual BMHA (Bicycle Mobile Hams of America) forum will be held at
the Dayton Hamvention.
Date: May 20, 2007
Time: 9:00 - 10:30 am
Room: 5
[note that the room and time have been
updated since initially published]
As announced earlier, our featured speaker is Budd, W3FF, who
will be showing pictures of bicycle mobile setups including his own.
Budd is well known for Buddipole Antennas, a manufacturer of lightweight, versatile hf portable
dipole antenna and vertical antenna systems for amateur radio.
Budd would welcome pictures and a short write-up of your bicycle mobile
setup. He will select as many as he can for the forum. Send your picture(s)
and short write-up to w3ff@aol.com and
copy me at nf0n@arrl.net. Along with Budd
showing these pictures at the Forum, I would like to include them in a
future BMHA Newsletter. It might be good to confirm your permission to use
your pictures.
Russ Dwarshuis, KB8U, will be forum moderator and speaker.
Other speakers are Russ Dwarshuis, KB8U and Norm Huber, N9ZKS.

Public Service Announcements
BMHA'ers are invited to join HFpack in their "on
the air" activities. Priority is always given to pedestrian,
bicycle, portable, and QRP operators, although base stations and mobiles of
any power level are also welcome. Please see
the item on our Events page for schedules and frequencies.
I am very interested in making bicycle-mobile contacts
using Internet relays. Please go to http://www.ipass.net/~jimprice/irlp/
to see if there is an IRLP repeater near you that is linked to the UK via
the Internet. If there is, then let's make a sked for a bike/bike QSO!
More information is available by following our EVENTS
link on the left of this page.
